- Evaluate incoming prescriptions for accuracy, patient suitability, and potential drug interactions
- Educate patients on side effects, dosages, storage requirements, and medication interactions
- Maintain accurate patient records and organized pharmacy files
- Perform regular inventory checks and follow proper procedures for receiving and categorizing new stock
- Keep the pharmacy clean, safe, and compliant with all regulations
Qualifications
- Current state pharmacist license required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed in a busy environment
