Job Description Summary
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team. This is a multi-faceted role where you will be the backbone of our administrative, logistics, and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Export Documents: Prepare, review, and track Common Export Documents (commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists,phyto sanitary reports).
• Accounts Payable: Manage vendor invoices, verify process payments, and maintain accurate payment records.
• Executive Support: Assist the Executive Secretary with scheduling, correspondence, and general office management tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Software Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain zero-error output.
• Exceptional ability to learn new software, procedures, and workflows quickly.
• High degree of dedication, reliability, and loyalty to the company's mission.
• Previous experience in an office, accounting, or shipping environment is a strong plus.
