Direct Care Support

We are Hiring!

We are looking for a compassionate direct caregiver for our residents. The DSP is responsible for providing assistance in daily living tasks, personal care and support, and ensuring the personal safety and welfare of all clients / consumers at the home who who developmental deficiency, medically and behaviorally challenged individuals in a residential setting while serving as an effective role model.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must complete DDD training and screenings. Must be CPR/First Aid Certified (will train). Must have experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors and a strong ability to effectively communicate.
