Located in beautiful Loudoun County, just outside Washington, D.C., Falcons Landing is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community serving retired military members and their families. Our community offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing—all within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

As a CNA at Falcons Landing, you are at the heart of resident care. You provide essential support that enhances each resident’s comfort, independence, and quality of life. What You Will Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and support residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Contribute to personalized, person-centered care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records

What You Need
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in Virginia
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or similar settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with PointClickCare or other EMR systems preferred
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts:
- Day: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM
- Rotating weekends required
