Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-energy casual dining restaurant. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers a welcoming, consistent guest experience.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus the opportunity to work approximately three tipped shifts per week, allowing you to stay connected to the guest experience while increasing your earning potential.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)
- Additional income from ~ 2-3 tipped shifts weekly (server/bartender)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality and efficiency
- Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong front-of-house and back-of-house team
- Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor and service levels
- Drive sales through local marketing, events, and community engagement
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls (food, beverage, and labor)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with high accountability
Floor Leadership & Tipped Shifts
- Work approximately 3 shifts per week in a tipped role (server or bartender)
- Lead from the floor during peak hours—setting the tone for service and energy
- Actively engage with guests to enhance their experience and build repeat business
- Support the team in real time to ensure smooth, efficient service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant (GM or AGM preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs effectively
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
