What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary operational advisor to franchise owners and their General Managers across the Philadelphia market
• Conduct regular café visits to assess product quality, brand execution, guest experience, and cleanliness
• Coach owners and GMs on P&L drivers, labor forecasting, inventory control, and waste management using data and dashboards
• Guide franchisees through action plans that close operational gaps and reinforce brand standards
• Support new café openings, remodels, and key operational milestones
• Partner with internal Training, Marketing, and Production teams to deliver the resources franchisees need to succeed

What We Need

• 1 to 3 years in franchise operations, multi-unit retail, hospitality, or restaurant management
• 1 to 3 years of supervisory or multi-unit experience
• Strong understanding of café or restaurant operations, product quality, and guest experience
• Working knowledge of inventory planning, waste control, and basic P&L
• Experience with POS systems
• Willingness to travel across the assigned market, including occasional weekends and holidays

Bonus Points For

• Bachelor's degree
• Toast POS experience
• Familiarity with the Philadelphia dining and franchise market
