Schedule

• Four 12-hour shifts per week
• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and patient support.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, status, activities, and location.
• Assist patients with hygiene, ambulation, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Escort patients within the facility and, when necessary, outside the hospital.
• Help maintain clean and safe patient care areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards or emergency situations and take appropriate action.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
• Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
• Perform assigned clinical duties while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous CNA experience in a hospital, behavioral health, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
