Warehouse Shipping Associate

Warehouse Associate – Raleigh, NC

We’re looking for a dependable warehouse worker who can keep up and get the job done right. Full-time, temp-to-hire with good pay. This role involves packing and shipping, requires strong computer skills working in inventory systems, tracking orders, and performing data entry.

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1st Shift)
Location: Raleigh, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, process, and pack customer orders
• Support packing and shipping operations on a daily basis
• Sort and store goods in inventory
• Accurately enter inventory data in the warehouse computer system (computer work is required)
• Use shipping software (experience is a big plus)
• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse inventory, packing, or shipping experience
• Strong math, counting and computer data entry skills
• Comfortable working with computers and warehouse systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable & verifiable work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with order picking, repackaging, or warehouse equipment
• Experience using shipping software is a strong plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proven dependability
