Branch Staffing Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager r to oversee our employees in our client's dynamic distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, logistics and materials handling, with a focus on warehouse staffing. As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
• Recruiting
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of employees to ensure productivity and safety.
• Work with our client to meet their needs and help their operations succeed.
• Lead a team of onsites

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a 3PL or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as heavy lifting requirements in a warehouse setting.
• 4-5 Years of Management experience
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous process improvement initiatives.
