Assistant Store Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will assist the Store Manager in developing and leading a professional retail associate team to ensure achievement of operational goals and customer satisfaction.  This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring products are stocked in a clean and safe environment and available for customers to purchase.  ASMs will also be responsible for the sale of product, operating the cash register, taking payment and making change.  Assistant Managers will assist Store Managers in many of the day-to-day tasks such as opening and closing the store, completing required paperwork, reviewing security system footage per guidelines team member training, completing fuel and product surveys, making bank deposits and receiving trucks with product.  In the absence of Store Managers may be required to complete a list of other routine duties.

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
