Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts

Charting System: Meditech

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult Medical Telemetry patients.
• Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders.
• Care for patients with central lines, medication drips, and other telemetry-related needs.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, documentation, and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech.

Requirements

Requirements
• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
• At least 1 year of current acute care hospital Telemetry experience
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NIHSS preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and independent patient care skills
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
