Special Procedures/Unit Details : - Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance Required for Submission : DOB required at time of submission. RTO required at time of submission. Valid state license required at time of submission. Copies of all required certifications must be included. References required. COVID vaccination status required. Submission Rules : Maximum of 1 active submission per candidate. Local candidates are accepted at the standard bill rate. Previous staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Start / Facility Instructions : Facility Expectations Facility maintains a strict dress code. Candidates must comply with the following: No facial hair. No acrylic nails. No unnatural hair colors. All tattoos must be covered. No visible body piercings other than earrings.
