In this role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care, assessing and addressing individual patient needs while guiding ancillary staff. You will work night shifts in a supportive environment focused on quality care. This position offers a structured schedule with consistent hours.

Requirements

• National & State Sex Offender check within 30 days
• Criminal Background check within 30 days
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse)
• 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month
• OIG check within 30 days
• State License Details: Must Be Currently Active
• Negative 2-step Mantoux within 1 year or QuantiFERON Gold
• Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TDaP, Flu vaccination during Flu Season
• General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS)
• Proof of physical within 1 year
• Completion of CareLearning education modules
