Hospitality Quality & Interior Design Specialist

Location: Washington, DC & Northern Virginia (Travel Required)

Orchid Stays is a growing provider of luxury furnished apartments and corporate housing throughout Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. We create beautifully designed, hotel-quality homes for business travelers, government employees, and relocating professionals.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive team member who enjoys both operations and interior design. This role requires commuting between our properties in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, so reliable transportation is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine inspections of furnished apartments to ensure they meet Orchid Stays’ quality standards.
• Complete digital inspection reports with photos.
• Identify cleaning, maintenance, and inventory issues before guests arrive.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance vendors to resolve issues.
• Recommend furniture, décor, and layout improvements to enhance the guest experience.
• Source stylish, cost-effective furnishings and supplies while staying within budget.
• Help maintain a consistent luxury look and feel across all Orchid Stays properties.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• An eye for interior design and home styling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
• Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, property management, interior design, or home staging is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between properties across Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
