Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my loved one in their 70s. Important - experience with managing nubulizer breathing treatments is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing and dressing due to severe arthritis in hands and feet. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
