Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: She is a high punctioning 50-year-old with cerebral palsy and AV shunt. She does walk (sometimes with assistance), carries on conversation well, and is intelligent. She like to sleep until around 10 am, wakes up and takes her dog outside, feeds him, gets herself dressed and feeds herself. I am looking for someone to come to the house for a few hours a week to give her company and take her out for a few hours. Services needed include: transportation, and companionship.
