Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a nanny to help look after our 4-month-old overnight. My wife is from Venezuela and is studying for international dental school, and I work at the hospital overnight 12 shifts a month. During those shifts are the times we need help with the infant. We have a private bedroom and bathroom for your use. His grandma is helping us now, but is leaving at the end of September. We don't have any pets, and it would just be my wife and child at the house overnight.
