Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need someone to come to my house 2 times a day. In the morning around 8 a.m. to feed my dog and then take him to the kennel out back or tie him for about half hour long enough for him to pee and poop then bring him back into his side porch (before letting him out use leash to do this) I'll have his food and directions on the side porch with him. He gets 2 cups of dry in the morning and 2 cups of food in the evening around 4 to 6 p.m. and gets let out again to go to the bathroom.
