Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with required degree for state licensure.
- Active Texas PT license required to start.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Clinical supervisory or leadership experience preferred for Director role.
- Experience managing or mentoring PT and PTA staff, including scheduling and caseload oversight.
- Familiarity with outpatient care delivery, productivity expectations
