Client Operations Associate | Wealth Management Firm | San Francisco | Hybrid; 3 days onsite | Base + Strong Bonus

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for client service and account maintenance
- Support account openings, transfers, money movement, and other client requests
- Coordinate client meetings and ongoing advisor outreach
- Prepare and process client paperwork while maintaining accurate CRM records
- Communicate with clients, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
- Monitor account activity and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Support workflow improvements, operational initiatives, and special projects

- 1-3+ year of client service or operations experience in wealth management, ideally at an RIA
- Proficiency with Schwab advisor center is ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience and an interest in technology and process improvement are a plus
- Experience supporting account servicing and client documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and client-focused
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
