Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) | Varied Shifts + Potential SOB

The Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) plays a crucial role in delivering diagnostic imaging services across multiple healthcare facilities. Working varied shifts with potential shortness of breath (SOB) considerations, this professional is responsible for operating portable imaging equipment efficiently while providing exceptional patient care.

Shifts:

• Full-Time | Permanent; Varied shifts; 8-Hour Shifts

Setting:

• Outpatient
• Inpatient hospital

Responsibilities

• Operate and transport portable radiologic imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Perform X-ray procedures accurately to assist in patient diagnosis
• Ensure proper patient positioning and communication to optimize image quality
• Travel between healthcare facilities as required to deliver imaging services
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines, including COVID-19 policies
• Maintain detailed imaging records and comply with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• ARRT(R) Certification required
• Active North Carolina Radiologic Technologist License or eligible
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Ability to safely move portable imaging equipment
• Excellent patient care and communication skills

Salary: $30 - $48/hr (based on experience)
