Job Description
Seeking experienced Machine Operators for a sauce manufacturing company located in the Swedesboro, NJ area for a FULL TIME job opportunity. The Machine Operators will be setting up production machines, working on the production line to keep the machines running and preventing any downtime, and completing changeovers on the production equipment when a new product is being prepared to be manufactured on the production line. Prior knowledge on running production machines, troubleshooting machine issues. amd completing teh changeover process before in previous jobs. Responsibilities
- Consistently monitor line changeover progress and provide periodic updates to Senior Changeover Technicians.
- Identify and resolve production issues or escalate them through the appropriate channels.
- Ensure proper material staging at the start of each shift.
- Verify correct machine part changes and appropriate coding before production begins.
- Store replaced parts properly within the Changeover cage area.
- Assist with lines that have similar machinery as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in machine operation and handling of mechanical tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting and general labor tasks.
- Ability to perform visual inspections and handle production line tasks.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
