LHH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while helping shape innovative hiring strategies that attract top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting, embraces technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding and orientation.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines while engaging active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the first conversation through hire.
  • Utilize networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach to identify qualified talent.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring data to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships within the community through networking events, partnerships, and recruiting outreach.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Proven success sourcing candidates across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to improve recruiting processes.
Pay/Benefits
  • $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
