Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding and orientation.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines while engaging active and passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the first conversation through hire.
- Utilize networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach to identify qualified talent.
- Stay current on recruiting trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring data to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Build strong relationships within the community through networking events, partnerships, and recruiting outreach.
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Proven success sourcing candidates across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to improve recruiting processes.
- $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
