Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description:

• As a BCBA, you'll have the support, structure, and flexibility needed to do high-quality work long term.

• Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBA

• Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work as a BCBA

• Develop engaging, play-based programming using NET

• Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards as a BCBA

• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams

• Track progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification

• Maryland licensure or eligibility for a BCBA

• Master's degree in a related field

• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities

• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills expected of a BCBA
