- Assist with investor communications, reporting, tax document distributions, and other stakeholder requests.
- Support leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and general executive administrative needs.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting real estate development, construction, property management, or related industries.
- Experience working with investors, high-net-worth individuals, or professional services organizations.
- Background coordinating projects that involve multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Experience developing or improving administrative workflows and processes.
Benefits
- Employer-paid employee health coverage
- Paid time off beginning in the first year of employment
- 401(k) program
- Family-first culture that supports work-life balance
