We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our team on the 1st shift. The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC/Haas Lathes, handling varied workloads from single setups of 100 pieces to multiple setups for prototypes daily. You will program CNC Lathes using G&M Code and/or GibbsCAM, managing diverse projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC/Haas Lathes.
- Handle varied workloads, ranging from single setup (100 pieces) to multiple setups (prototypes) daily.
- Program CNC Lathes using G&M Code and/or GibbsCAM.
- Manage diverse projects from start to finish across varying project lengths, focusing on prototype work.
- Proficiency in lathe and machine setup.
- Experience with precision measuring tools.
- Ability to create and modify CNC programs.
- At least 1 year of experience in CNC Lathe Machining.
- Proficiency with G&M Code preferred.
- Experience with CNC mills.
- Familiarity with GibbsCAM.
- Experience with Surfcam and Fusion 360 is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled shop. The 1st shift runs Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a 15-minute paid break.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
