Responsibilities

  • Acquire clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking events, and online channels
  • Provide personalized financial consulting tailored to client needs
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Generate and manage leads to expand client base
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Drive business development initiatives to grow your financial services portfolio

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, real estate, banking, or sales
  • Active State 215 insurance license and/or FINRA registrations, or willingness to obtain
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for helping individuals and families
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-focused approach
  • Independent and organized with a long-term client success mindset

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling standard insurance, advanced financial strategies, and investment products
  • Interest in career growth through leadership roles and specialized product certifications
  • Ability to leverage social media and personal observations for client acquisition
