Inventory & Logistics Associate - Now Hiring

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse operations in West Chester, OH. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Verify, inspect, and document inventory transactions
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory
• Support warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
• Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
• Steel-toed or safety shoes required

Work Environment:

• Non-temperature-controlled warehouse with exposure to varying seasonal temperatures

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Overtime may be required based on business needs.
