Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a long-term nanny for 1 child in Gainesville. We need a nanny who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. Our son is a very happy 7mo old. I work from home and my wife out of the house. We follow a Montessori approach and you must have some experience with the Montessori method. English must be fluent and we are also using American Sign Language (ASL). For the position, you would be required to learn and use 15 ASL words on a regular basis when communicating with our son. We are looking for someone reliable who will be consistently on time.
