Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering or similiar background
\n
• 5+ years of Hardware industry experience
\n
• 3+ years of Hardware testing and failure analysis experience
\n
• Any ability to write scripting is a plus, not needed
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical analysis on failed Network switches to pinpoint the exact failure mechanism.
\n
• Develop test equipment to perform failure analysis on ODM switches and access points
\n
• Partner with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing engineering teams to communicate findings and implement corrective and preventive actions
\n
• Document analysis steps, test data, and final conclusions into clear, data-driven, and detailed failure analysis reports for internal teams and external customers.
\n
• Identify failure trends to suggest design modifications, component substitutions, or manufacturing process changes
\n
