American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring at least 1 year of OR experience and an active RN license.

- Works in a hospital surgical/OR unit \n
- Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM \n
- 13-week contract \n
- \n
- Active OK or Compact RN license required \n
- BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued) \n
- Minimum 1 year of OR/surgical nursing experience required \n
- Valid U.S. Social Security Number and U.S. home address required \n
- Driver's License required for consideration \n
- 2 professional references required for consideration \n
- Skills checklist required for consideration \n

- Implements and monitors patient care plans, communicates patient condition, and carries out physician and nursing orders \n
- Serves as a primary coordinator across disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care \n
- Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team \n
- Must be able to exercise critical thinking and decisive judgment with minimal supervision in a stressful environment \n
- Standard Precautions and appropriate PPE must be followed at all times \n
