\nPOSITION SUMMARY
\nAs a UH-60/S-70 helicopter mechanic, you will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on rotor wing aircraft operating under FAA Part 133 and 137. Reporting directly to the Aviation Maintenance Manager, this role supports safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operations across utility, firefighting and agriculture activities.
\nThis position performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, approved maintenance programs, and company procedures. It plays a key role in maintaining aircraft readiness through disciplined maintenance execution, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Mechanics work collaboratively with maintenance leadership, flight crews and support teams to minimize aircraft downtime while supporting a strong culture of safety and professionalism.
\nROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform progressive, phase, isochronal, hourly, calendar, and special inspections \n
- Troubleshoot, repair, remove, install, rig, and function check aircraft systems and components \n
- Maintain engines, transmissions, rotor systems, drive systems, and mechanical flight controls \n
- Perform servicing, lubrication, corrosion control, and functional checks \n
- Accurately document all maintenance actions using electronic maintenance tracking systems \n
- Support aircraft recovery, AOG response, and field maintenance activities \n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard free work environment \n
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) \n
- Airframe and Powerplant license with a minimum of two years of rotary-wing experience \n
- Experience on UH-60/H-60/S-70 series aircraft (military 15T or civilian equivalent experience accepted) \n
- Demonstrate personal commitment to safety, supporting team flying concept \n
- Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance manuals and technical data \n
- Experience with electronic maintenance recordkeeping systems \n
