Shift Differential: $3.50 (10 PM - 6 AM)
Starting Wage for New Graduates: $42.50/hr

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition.
- Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
- Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Hold a current and valid nursing license in the applicable state, maintaining an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate efficiently within an interdisciplinary team.
