ABOUT THE ROLE
\nTRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the power systems industry to identify an experienced Project Manager. This organization specializes in the packaging, manufacturing, and testing of power-system equipment and offers strong growth potential along with a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

\n The Project Manager will oversee customer orders from initial sale through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and customers, driving execution across complex manufacturing projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
.
\n KEY RESPONSIBILITI

- ESManage projects from order entry through completion while ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, cost, and customer requirement \n
- s.Review new orders and identify discrepancies related to estimating, timelines, specifications, or scop \n
- e.Validate technical requirements against customer specifications, quotes, drawings, and project documentatio \n
- n.Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical questions and design-related issue \n
- s.Purchase materials and components based on engineering drawings and project requirement \n
- s.Manage project inventory and support indirect purchasing activitie \n
- s.Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and manufacturing readines \n
- s.Maintain accurate project records and documentation across company system \n
- s.Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met and issues are resolved efficientl \n
- y.Perform month-end invoicing activities and support general ledger reconciliation processe \n
- s.Provide backup support for payroll approvals when necessar \n
- y.Support ISO 9001 documentation requirements and maintain audit readines \n
- s.Participate in company safety initiatives and promote safe work practices throughout project executio \n
- n.Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operation \n

\n REQUIRED QUALIFICATI

- ONSEducation: High school diploma or equivalent requir \n
- ed.Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing project management, purchasing, operations, or a related fie \n
- ld.Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawin \n
- gs.Microsoft Office Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts, as well as Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Proje \n
- ct.Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environme \n
