In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance patients’ abilities and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ needs and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support rehabilitation and recovery.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
