Location: Daytona Beach, Florida (Hybrid)
A growing insurance agency seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and manage both new and renewal processes for commercial clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle new business and renewals, including policy reviews and some marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams for efficient workflows.
• Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs, while maintain strong relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates.
• Use agency management system to streamline operations and keep accurate records.

 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years in commercial insurance account management, ideally in an independent agency.
• Active 440/220 license.
• Expertise in commercial insurance products and coverages.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EPIC (preferred).
