Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and effective communication
Implement occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and techniques, to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy (new grads welcome to apply!)
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
