Structured Finance Associate

A leading national and international and top 100 Am Law top firm is looking for a highly qualified associate.

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of experience. Extensive experience in finance (including, structured finance, asset-based lending or general corporate lending) is required. Capabilities include drafting complex lending documents, such as structured warehouse lending and repurchase agreements, and managing multiple transactions at once. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
