Banking & Finance Associate

An international law firm and one of the top 50 AmLaw firms is looking to hire associates to support the structured finance mortgage practice.

Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of experience and will have solid experience with asset-backed lending and related transactions, such as securitizations, warehouse financing and other complex financing transactions and related transactions. Strong experience in mortgage or real estate related transactions is preferred.
