Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to join our rehab team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks—making a lasting impact through compassionate, hands-on care.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

• Provide direct occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and daily function

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of PA

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
