Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily respiratory services and operations
• Supervise, train, and support Respiratory Therapists
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop respiratory care policies and best practices
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
• Active Illinois Respiratory Therapist license required
• RRT credential required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
