The Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing therapy services to patients including but will not be limited to evalution and diagnosing of speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders. The Speech Pathologist will also educate and provide training to  patients, families and caregivers.

Qualifications:

Baccalaureate or master’s program in speech pathology approved by an accredited organization

• Current Illinois license as a Speech Pathologist
• Current CPR card
• Valid IL driver’s license and auto insurance policy
• Home Care Home Base experience preferred
