Job Description
This senior-level opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 10+ years of experience handling wireless regulatory and spectrum matters, including significant experience before the FCC. The role will serve as a key strategic advisor to major wireless and mobility clients and help anchor the firm’s growing regulatory platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex wireless regulatory and spectrum matters
Advise clients on FCC strategy, compliance obligations, and emerging wireless policy developments
Prepare and supervise high-level FCC filings and agency submissions
Serve as a senior point of contact for key client relationships
Mentor and supervise associates within the wireless regulatory practice
Support business development initiatives in mobility, infrastructure, and related technology sectors
Collaborate with cross-practice teams on regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters
Qualifications:
10+ years of wireless regulatory and spectrum experience
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex FCC matters
Strong client engagement and strategic advisory experience
Experience supervising teams and managing sophisticated regulatory workflows
JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the District of Columbia
Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule with approximately 60% in-office attendance.
Compensation:
$225,000 – $375,000 base salary, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
