What You'll DoAs an LPN Unit Manager, you'll play a key leadership role by:
Managing the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit.
Leading, coaching, and supporting nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care.
Ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance are maintained.
Completing assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation.
Communicating effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Monitoring resident conditions and ensuring timely follow-up on changes.
Serving as a positive role model while fostering teamwork and accountability.
Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Prior leadership or charge nurse experience is a plus, but we are willing to develop the right candidate with strong clinical skills and leadership potential.
Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
