What You'll Do

As an LPN Unit Manager, you'll play a key leadership role by:

  • Managing the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit.

  • Leading, coaching, and supporting nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care.

  • Ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance are maintained.

  • Completing assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation.

  • Communicating effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Monitoring resident conditions and ensuring timely follow-up on changes.

  • Serving as a positive role model while fostering teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications
  • Current Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

  • Prior leadership or charge nurse experience is a plus, but we are willing to develop the right candidate with strong clinical skills and leadership potential.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

  • Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
