About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist with Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing expert care and support to help them recover and regain independence. You will:

• Conduct initial evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans

• Implement targeted interventions to improve functional abilities, mobility, and cognitive function

• Develop and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology to support patient independence

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
