Job Summary:

South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an OT with our company, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by helping them regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Help residents regain independence and achieve their goals
• Use your expertise to improve mobility, coordination, cognitive skills, and overall quality of life
• Fit and adjust adaptive equipment to meet individual needs
• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress

Benefits:

• $44 - $49 HOURLY salary

Qualifications:

• Licensed OT with a passion for making a real difference
• Ability to bring energy, creativity, and problem-solving skills to work every day

• Capable of lifting (sometimes up to 50 lbs)
