machine/forging operator - Now Hiring

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines. This role supports efficient manufacturing operations by ensuring machines are run properly and production processes remain consistent throughout the shift.

The Utility Person may be cross-trained to operate multiple machines and assist in various areas throughout the facility, providing flexibility and support where needed. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced production environment during first-shift hours.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am-230pm

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: overtime
• Available to work: early morning
