Belmont Brew House is a locally owned brew house in Garden City with a busy kitchen, 43 rotating taps, a growing group of regulars, and a team that works together to take care of our guests.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Cook who takes pride in doing things right, works well with others, and wants a stable place to work.

Our menu includes pizza, wings, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and more. We are not looking for someone who wants to stand around waiting to be told what to do. We want someone who sees what needs to happen, jumps in, and helps the whole kitchen succeed.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food preparation procedures
• Make sure food goes out looking and tasting the way it should, every time
• Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining quality
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Complete prep work and help keep the kitchen ready for service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
• Communicate with other cooks and the front-of-house team
• Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking
• Jump in where needed because we work as a team

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

• Reliable. You show up on time and ready to work. Your teammates can count on you.
• Experienced. You have at least one year of experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Fast without being sloppy. You can keep up when tickets are coming in while still caring about the food you send out.
• Consistent. You understand that every customer deserves the same quality, whether it's the first order of the day or the last.
• Clean and organized. You take care of your station and don't leave a mess for someone else.
• Team-oriented. You help your coworkers when they're in the weeds and know they will do the same for you.
• Low-drama and professional. You come to work to work, communicate respectfully, and contribute to a positive kitchen.
• Looking for stability. We are especially interested in people who want to find a good workplace and stick around.

What We're Not Looking For

We are probably not the right fit if you frequently call out, are regularly late, disappear when the kitchen gets busy, or believe cleaning and side work are always someone else's job.

Kitchen experience matters, but reliability, attitude, and teamwork matter just as much.
