Electro Mechanical Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in electrical distribution systems, is seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician to join their team. As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and wiring of critical electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro Mechanical Technician

Location: Wendell, NC

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: First shift -- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble and wire Low Voltage Motor Control Centers, structures, and sub-assemblies
• Perform mechanical assembly of steel components and control wiring
• Record accurate job transactions and follow assembly instructions from BOM and drawings
• Use torque wrenches and measuring devices to ensure precision
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proven record in quality and productivity
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
