Our client, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Operator to join their team. As a Technical Operator, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Raeford, NC
Pay Range:$17/hr
Shift: Day or Night Shift (must be flexible)
What's the Job?
- Operate basic production equipment to support manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality checks on the production line to ensure product standards are met.
- Conduct belt and conveyor maintenance, including take out/in belts and conveyors, and perform autonomous maintenance activities.
- Lead safe changeover, start-up, and shutdown procedures for equipment in your designated work area.
- Develop, follow, and train team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One Point Lessons (OPLs).
What's Needed?
- At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing environments.
- Ability to stand, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift weights between 5 and 50 pounds as needed.
- Understanding of basic manufacturing principles and equipment operation.
- Commitment to safety procedures, including following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and understanding MSDS documentation.
